• Order Acceptance:  Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. However, the receipt of an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, errors in product pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Payment:  All prices are in Singapore Currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payment through Pay Now, Pay Lah or Cash only, and full payment must be received before shipping your order.
• Pricing Errors:  In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed with the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card or payment method has been charged. In such a case, you will be issued a refund.

• Shipping Terms:  We offer delivery services within Singapore and selected locations. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on the product and delivery location.
• Delivery Schedule:  While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by late delivery.
• Risk of Loss:  All risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. 
  

• Return Policy:  We accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Custom orders or special-made products may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds:  Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product and inspect it. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Defective Products:  If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within two (2) days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
